Introducing CyberStudent: Educate. Protect. Comply.

Teaching students to spot a phishing email rarely sits with one department. IT runs the security tools. Curriculum runs digital citizenship. The work falls between them.

CyberNut has been filling that gap for over 1 million students. Today everything we do for students comes together under one name: CyberStudent. And the curriculum now reaches every grade, pre-K through 12.

Here's what's included with CyberStudent.

‍

A full curriculum, now for every grade

Grade 3 year at a glance: prebuilt lessons on digital safety, kindness online, digital footprint, media literacy, AI literacy, and privacy
A full year of lessons, mapped out for Grade 3

The curriculum covers cybersecurity, digital citizenship, and AI literacy, built in grade bands from lower elementary through high school, with short videos introducing the basics in pre-K and kindergarten. Each grade band revisits the same topics in more depth, so a high schooler builds on what they learned in middle school instead of repeating it.

Teachers can assign lessons for students to complete on their own, lead them with the whole class, or mix the two. However it's run, there's nothing to prepare.

Phishing simulations built for students

Simulations are built from the apps students actually use and get harder as each student improves, so a student who struggles gets an easier version rather than a failing grade. Microlessons are built into every simulation.

Gamification that keeps it going

Students earn points for spotting scams, and class leaderboards keep awareness up all year. Engagement compounds across the school year instead of spiking during one training week.

Students don't just learn it. They report it

A phish that reaches one student reaches the rest of the district. CyberStudent gives students a way to report it and your team a way to triage and remediate it. When one student reports a phish, your team can pull it from every inbox before anyone else opens it.

When the sender turns out to be one of your own, CyberNut flags that account as likely compromised and alerts your admins. Districts can enable auto-suspend so the account is locked the moment it's flagged.

Reporting a district can actually use

Quiz scores feed the gradebook, so teachers see every result

Completion and quiz scores are recorded at the student, school, and district level and can be exported on demand. Quizzes feed an online gradebook, so teachers see every student's score, not just whether they finished.

When a board member asks what was taught and to whom, you already have the answer.
