CyberNut has secured a minority growth investment from Growth Street Partners to support accelerated product development, expanded go-to-market initiatives, and continued innovation in K-12–focused cybersecurity.
Built exclusively for school districts, CyberNut’s AI-enabled human risk management platform helps faculty, staff, and students recognize and respond to modern threats such as phishing attacks, deepfake scams, and social engineering. The platform combines phishing simulations, automated threat reporting, and engaging, age-appropriate security awareness training designed for real K-12 environments.
CyberNut is experiencing rapid adoption nationwide, now serving public and private school districts representing more than 400,000 faculty members and 1.4 million students. Customers include Dallas Independent School District, Fulton County School District, Fayette County Public Schools, East Baton Rouge Parish Public Schools, and Niles Township High School District 219.
The investment will further CyberNut’s mission to help school districts strengthen their cybersecurity posture by addressing human risk—one of the most critical and persistent vulnerabilities facing K-12 education today.
